Siloam Greenhouse
From the garden, we harvest a variety of fruits and vegetables native to the Pacific coastline and Carribean Islands. Through our resources we use a process of dehydration and vacuum-sealed packaging to preserve texture and maintain what we like to call “nature’s candy”. You can find on our dry-fruit menu a selection, hand-picked that includes but is not limited to hog plum, prickly pear, soupsop, guava, tamarind, banana figs, carambola, and coconut candies from island bearings, and strawberry, huckleberry, elderberry, orange and sour lemon candies from the California production. Our savory and mild dry vegetable candies range from casvana to plantain to jicama to sweet peppers which are ready for use in any dish or as a delicious snack.
