Alkaline fermented elements and foods are known for a leveled pH of 7 and above, creating a chemical reaction of ammonia for all alkali solutions and consumables. Items like fermented casava leaves, hibiscus sabdariffa and ginger, and coconut meat are an excellent source of healthy bacteria consumables that support and maintain proper cellular regeneration to skin, the digestive tract, and brain functionality. Our fermentation process uses two main ingredients: purified water and the Bacillus pp ubiquitous bacteria. This fermentation process solidifies the pH level and creates a probiotic leavening to all herbs, fruits, and vegetables.
